That's wonderful to hear Swati Kansal 👏 The 'aha!' moments truly are the best, aren't they? 😊 Seeing that lightbulb switch on and a student's understanding deepen is incredibly rewarding. Keep up the amazing work 💡
I was told this 11 year old had a fear of math. She’s confident, smart, and loves science, but math was something she avoided whenever possible. It made sense when I saw her math textbook—packed with formula cramming and “mastering the steps” exercises. Thank goodness we’re slowly moving away from this kind of teaching! In our first session, we approached fractions in a completely different way—using pictorial methods and online fraction manipulatives. For the first time, math made sense to her, and she actually enjoyed it! Her face lit up with several “aha!” moments as she saw what equivalence in fractions looked like. I feel so grateful to be part of this turning point in her math journey. A special thanks to Jodogyan Shiksha for their transformational approach to teaching math and to Maths — No Problem! Their tools and methods have been a game-changer, not just for my students, but for me as a teacher. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. 💛 #MathCanBeFun #TeachingMoments #Gratitude #InspiringYoungMinds
