⭐️⭐️ NO more waiting on the phone for Lincoln Road Medical Practice patients ⭐️⭐️ We have been trialling a new system at Lincoln Road Medical Practice since February 2024, that will now make things easier for our patients to get an appointment and the medical help they need. It's called "telephone assist" - you can speak your request and it goes straight to our health care team who triage your request and you will have what you need by 11am the same day. This is a break through for our patients and for our team here at Lincoln Road Medical Practice. We have been listening to our patients. The system needed to be specially built which has taken time but we are pleased to say it's been now live for 3 months and we can already see amazing results in terms of improving patient access. **Sharing a short video from one week post go live in February**
