Delighted to have been able to work with the team at Newland Homes (Andrew Billings BSc (Hons) MRICS & Tilly Brush) to bring this site forward on behalf of our landowner clients, and we look forward to seeing the completed development in due course. A big thank you to Lodders Solicitors LLP (Paul Mourton & Hollie Gordon-Walker (née Smith)) for all their hard work on behalf of the landowners. Graham Jones Andrew Gardiner
As we start a new week, we have some good news to share 💫 We have secured planning permission for a bespoke development of 13 zero carbon homes in Leckhampton, Cheltenham! We will be introducing brand new, farmstead inspired, contemporary home designs to Leckhampton, underscoring our commitment to sustainable and forward-thinking housebuilding. Eight detached, individually designed zero carbon homes will be built with materials such as stone, brick and black weatherboarding, to create a collection of barn-style homes that appear to have evolved over time. We will also be building five affordable zero carbon homes on this brownfield site, all powered by renewable technology. “Newland Homes prides itself on pushing the boundaries of new home design” comments Craig Cobham, our Senior Project Manager. “Our latest development represents the continuation of our mission to provide contemporary, environmentally responsible homes.” Andrew Billings BSc (Hons) MRICS, our Land Director, comments: “We have a long and established relationship with Cheltenham as it was the site of our first office nearly 30 years ago. This part of the town is a highly sustainable location with good public transport links and a brand new, excellent high school. We are delighted to have the opportunity to deliver more zero carbon homes for future generations of homeowners.” Construction is likely to commence later this year, with the first homes available to purchase from Summer/Autumn 2025. Thanks go to Graham Jones and Rebecca Dixon for their assistance. https://lnkd.in/eRDjRuye
