    The Great British Bake Off came to Merrifields and we’ve had 6 amazing bakes so far. Rowan made chocolate eclairs, Gordon baked cookies, Mark brought us key lime pie, and Nick treated us to Oreo cheesecake and brownies. Brendan and Denise completed our bake-off with red onion chutney sausage rolls, and Denise created raspberry and pistachio cupcakes. Don't they look delicious? Winner announced next week!

    Today is #SocialMediaKindnessDay, so we've written some ways that people can support (or "be kind") to small businesses on socials... 1. Support their content by liking, commenting and sharing their posts. 2. Write reviews on Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Check-a-Trade, etc. 3. Be respectful with negative comments - if you've had a bad experience, perhaps reach out to the business directly rather than publicly, giving them the opportunity to address privately. 4. If you visit/deal with the business, share a post on your own channels/Stories with a tag to give them a little promotion.

    Merrifields recently completed the off-market sale of Priors Field Surgery in Sutton, Ely. The doctors surgery provides crucial care in the local area.
