Thanks to Jonny Kenyon [Chartered Marketer] and Rob Boyle [Chartered Marketer] for enlightening our community with their insights on “How to climb the career ladder in marketing”. The MET Mentoring programme for marketers across Yorkshire and the NW is now open for new applications! 🎉 We have 25 spaces available and an amazing panel of mentors lined up. Through the MET Mentoring programme we are looking to match another group of marketers across Yorkshire and the North West with a mentor by the end of January. 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫? ⭐ The programme is free and designed to last up to 12 months. ⭐ On average our mentors spend one hour a month online with their mentees. ⭐ Online training and support will be provided by the Association of Business Mentors (ABM) ⭐ You will join a supportive community of fellow MET Mentors and build your own network.   This quote from one of our previous mentors sums up perfectly all the reasons you should give it a go! Do you know the difference between coaching, mentoring, business mentoring and consulting and when the different skills should be used? In partnership with the Association of Business Mentors (ABM) we have been holding a number of online learning sessions to help support the marketing mentors who have signed up for the MET Mentoring programme.
