Attended a webinar today on💡"What impact does 'Growth Mindset Theory' have on workplace development?"💡with The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce). It is fair to say that the ‘Growth Mindset’ 📈🧠 has become a part of the business and organisational lexicon. I loved the slide shared (below) which outlines what it takes to be a manager with a Growth Mindset.... However...other than many commentary pieces over the years, points of views, tedtalks, podcast etc, very little has been done to empirically investigate the business impact of growth mindset in the work place; productivity, profitability, revenue growth. Meta-LUCID along with the support of Prof Nick Lee (Warwick Business School) and Dr Sylvia Roberts (independent researcher) are aiming to address this matter. They wish to partner with a medium-large commercial organisation to engage in a longitudinal research project. 📣 If anyone in my network is interested in their company or organisation participating, please contact Callum Bate from the RSA.

Its a noisy environment out there......and companies like ours are trying to differentiate from competitors; stand out from the 'noise'. If this was challenge pre business social media ie pre LinkedIn, then it is an order of magnitude more challenging now. Over the last couple of years we are proud that we have grown from tens of followers to several hundred (396 and counting!). We know we can do better, not to match the thousands some of our competitors have (we are way too small for that level of influence), but for sure to try and get to 1,000. So please reach out to your network and encourage them to follow us. We try to post monthly povs, some provocative and some insightful, all informative we hope. If you have any further ideas, please do share them with us. A poll attached would be provide us with more suggestions.
