We are a collective of people who have different skills, experiences, approaches and hobbies but who are united by a singular passion - the customer. We have a combined experience of over 40 years working with 110 brands in over 10 locations around the world. ❄ Walking the streets of London, the city really is a winter wonderland with businesses becoming creative with their festive displays. ✨ It made us think of this quote by NFL Hall of Famer Roger Staubach: “There are no traffic jams on the extra mile”. In a sea of Christmas lights how do you stand out? In a sea of holiday promotions, how do you capture attention? With millions walking past your business, how do you get people to stop and enter? 📸 The answer is simple; find your way to stand out from the crowd. On Bond Street, this is very evident where Dior, Chanel and Cartier have large groups of people stopping to take photos and appreciate the artistry of their displays over all the other boutiques around. Customers who enjoy the festive atmosphere of a store are likely to share their experience with friends and family, either through social media or in person. 🤔 Looking at the focus that goes into the customer experience at this time of the year, it raises the question what would happen if brands put the same time, effort and creativity into the customer experience all year around?! #methecustomerandi #customerexperience #experiencedesign #CXbyMCI
