🔴 On Monday 13th May, Chamber Member Mevalco Fine Foods held the first Edition of their 'Local to Local' Sustainable Seafood event in Bar 44, Bristol. The Chamber’s Trade Department was kindly invited along for a tasting experience which featured renowned #products such as DON BOCARTE’s delicious Cantabrian anchovies and #sustainable octopus, smoked seafood from Rooftop Smokehouse, and El Viejo Pescador’s finest Cantabrian octopus. The Head of Foreign Trade, Jose Miguel Flavian Erlac, and Foreign Trade Manager, Kathryn Walton, had the opportunity to attend three #exclusive masterclasses by Balfegó, the sustainable bluefin tuna, HISPAMARE, and Molino Roca, that showcased their sustainable blue fin tuna, wild prawns, and quality paella rice, a favourite among chefs such as Dabiz Muñoz, Ángel León and Jordi Cruz.
