About us
Meze Publishing are specialists in producing cookbooks providing a creative and professional publishing service. We have published a successful range of regional cookbooks - the 'Get Stuck In' series - as well as books for 2015 MasterChef winner Simon Wood, 2013 MasterChef The Professionals finalist Adam Handling and twice Great British Menu winner Colin McGurran. Our Manchester Cook Book was the best- selling cookbook in the N.West region of Waterstones in December 2015. We also won the IPA award (Independent Publishing Award) for Best Newcomer in 2016.
