Our Southern region is set to transform the former Siemens headquarters in Frimley with a development of 170 new homes. Frimley Square will feature 66 homes and 104 apartments. This brownfield site had been identified by Surrey Heath Borough Council as a site for development to meet the need for housing in the local area. David Brown, managing director of Miller Homes Southern, said: “The former Siemens headquarters is a well-known, landmark site in Frimley which was a corporate hub for 20 years but has now sat empty and disused for more than two years. “Our development will bring this piece of brownfield land back into use, and we will build a range of quality one to four-bedroom homes which will help to meet the local housing need. “We look forward to getting work underway on site and to releasing the first homes for sale in early 2025.” Read more about our plans in Frimley, below. https://lnkd.in/eVSv_fVT

Our East Mildands team is delighted to confirm that planning consent has been granted for Meadowbrook Chase, a new development of 117 homes in Woodthorpe. The wheelchair racing team at Bedford and County Athletic Club recently received a £1,600 donation from the Miller Homes Community Fund. The donation will be used to upgrade the chairs the team use to compete, ensuring that the club’s athletes have the best opportunity to succeed in their sport. Gavin Jones, regional operations director for Miller Homes South Midlands, said: “We were really pleased to be invited down to Bedford International Athletic Stadium to meet the wheelchair racing team.
