There's just 1 week left to apply for our Future Leaders Programme! 🙌⚽️ The Miss Kick Foundation Future Leaders Programme is designed to empower aspiring female leaders in football by offering tailored support and mentorship. 💖 The Programme supported by Mitre Sports focuses on helping girls and young women to realise their potential by providing them with access to real-world coaching and leadership opportunities that contribute to the growth and development of women and girls football. Additionally, it fosters a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for football and desire to be part of the positive change that is happening within the game. Upon completion of the programme, graduates will receive a bursary for and be booked onto The FA Introduction to Coaching Football Course, supporting them to continue their coaching journey. To be eligible, applicants must be: - Aged 16-21 - Based in Greater Manchester - Currently, or looking to start, regularly coaching football sessions in a club or community setting - Willing to commit to the full 6-month development programme by attending all events and commitment to attend regular volunteer coaching opportunities in a club or community setting (approx. weekly). Throw back to our Future Leaders Programme Graduation ✨ At thr graduation, we celebrated our amazing cohort of female coaches and all they have achieved during the programme. We are so proud of them and cant wait to see what they get up to next! ⚽️✨ Our Future Leaders Programme supports girls aged 16-18 to get into football coaching by: · Financially supporting girls to gain their Introduction to football coaching qualification. · Access bespoke workshops and one to one mentoring support to develop leadership skills, confidence, and self-esteem · Access live opportunities to support the development of girl’s football locally and gain real experience as a leader and coach on the ground · Gain knowledge around documenting their journey and share their progress within the programme through storytelling across various platforms Our aim is to raise the profile of the female leaders of today and nurture the leaders of tomorrow. 💪💖 Want to take part in the programme? We’ll be opening up applications for our second cohort in the coming months so make sure to be following usfor updates and announcements. 🗣️🌟
