We had the pleasure today of receiving the results of where we have placed in the Best Companies 2024 Awards 🏆. We are so proud to announce that Mission Mars has been ranked as the #3 best company to work for in the Leisure & Hospitality Sector. To be ranked in the Top 10 in 2023 was a big achievement, and to have now placed in the Top 5 is a testament to all of our incredible colleagues, and our commitment to being a world class place to work. I am very proud to say that Mission Mars have achieved a ‘World Class’ 3 star rating from Best Companies. This is the highest accreditation Best Companies award. We have taken part in the Best Companies survey since 2019, and have been continuously striving to reach our goal of ‘World Class’ team engagement, after 4 years rated a 2 star ‘Outstanding’ company, we have finally achieved our goal! Our dream is to have our guests wanting more, our team striving to do better, whilst working for the greatest company in the world. Today feels like we have taken a big leap closer to achieving that dream. This would not have been possible without the incredible hard work, commitment, and passion that my team have given over the last few years. I am incredibly proud of them, and very lucky to work alongside such talented, compassionate and caring individuals. Thank you for everything you do. 🐣🐰 EASTER EGG GALORE🐰🐣 Today I had the pleasure to drop off Easter Eggs to HideOut Youth Zone with a few of the gang from work! I'm Immensely proud of the team at Albert's Schloss Manchester and Mission Mars for donating over 100 Easter Eggs to the Kids at Hide Out! There was actually nothing better than seeing how excited they were when we walked in with trays of easter eggs! T H E B I G S C H L O S S G I F T W R A P 🎁 Over the past two days I have had the pleasure of holding some seriously festive Gift Wrapping sessions with our Albert’s Schloss Manchester & Albert’s Schloss Liverpool teams, along side our Managers and Head Office Colleagues. We have donated over 200 gift bags and care packages to our company charity OnSide with gifts going to both HideOut Youth Zone & The Hive Youth Zone, Wirral for their young people to enjoy over the Christmas period.
