🎉 Celebrating Victoria De la Rosa’s Success! 🎉 We’re thrilled to announce that Victoria De la Rosa has been promoted from Resource Lead to Resource Manager at MissionCX! 💪 This well-deserved recognition comes alongside her recent REC qualification (a recognized certification in recruitment excellence) 🎓—congratulations Victoria! 🎓 Victoria leads a talented team of three, who collectively ensure we have the best commissioning teams working on projects across the UK and Europe. She speaks five languages 🌐, recently completed a major home renovation 🏡, and balances it all with her adorable dog Tito 🐶, who can wave back when you say “bonjour”! 🤣 When asked about her role, Victoria shared: “The most rewarding part is seeing my team members achieve their goals with my support and encouragement. It’s so fulfilling to help them grow and succeed.” She also highlighted communication and collaboration as key to building a successful team. 💬✉️ Her dream destination? Hosted by the ever-charming Iona, Peter, and Ewan Frost-Pennington, along with the incredible Muncaster team, the evening was truly unforgettable! 🌟 Highlights of the Evening🌟 ✨A private tour of the castle, immersing us in its rich history. ✨Exhilarating target sports in the Weapons Hall, including archery, axe throwing, and crossbow shooting. ✨Pre-dinner drinks in the stunning library, mingling with fascinating guests. ✨A sumptuous three-course black-tie dinner in the Banqueting Hall, with roaring fires, engaging conversations, and plenty of laughter. ✨Meeting Mark Baker from Gwrych Castle, North Wales, who shared inspiring updates on its restoration and the castle’s fascinating role as the 2020 set of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! ✨Connecting with the wonderful team at Mountain Goat Tours, who play a key role in connecting visitors to Muncaster Castle through their incredible tours from the South Lakes and other key destinations. 🎶 The evening ended with a brilliant piano performance by Joshua Payne from Bangin’ Tune, and a wonderful singalong led by Peter Frost-Pennington — a perfect way to close a magical night. 🛡️ Why Muncaster?
