  • Two stories, One goal. Motocaddy and MGP nutrition recently joined forces on a campaign to promote health and well-being on the golf course. Featuring two time LET winner Amy Boulden who discussed how making healthy choices whilst playing can have a huge impact on both physical and mental health. Walking is a great, low-impact form of exercise, and as many as three out of four golfers* who switched to walking the course with an electric trolley (78%) say they now feel fitter for having done so, and more than a quarter (27%) claim to be 'a lot fitter'. Combine this with high protein, low sugar snacks, and refreshing zero sugar drinks, packed with Vitamins including B, C and D to help improve cardiovascular health and boost immune system, golfers will be in the best position to enjoy playing great golf whilst looking after themselves physically and mentally too.

  • Motocaddy have seen a blistering start to the year following positive retailer reaction to the new range of trolleys and bags that offer attractive price points and game-changing features for every golfer. Sales figures show Motocaddy more than 35% up across UK and Republic of Ireland green grass accounts compared to the same period last year and pre-orders a record 23% up on 2023, thanks to upgraded M-Series models and the brand-new entry level SE trolley. “This year’s Motocaddy electric trolley range is the best I’ve seen thanks to the features it provides across a number of different models,” said Richard Harber, Head Professional at Rushmore Golf Club in Wiltshire. “The look of the new products really provides shelf appeal and grabs customer attention as soon as they come in the shop with the different price points allowing me to offer something to everyone,” he added. The benefit of having the trolley industry’s only B2B online trade portal, launched last summer, has also been seen as a huge advantage to Motocaddy stockists, who are able to place orders on the 24/7 platform outside of conventional office hours. The user-friendly system has over 800 UK retailers registered and has so far seen more than 4,000 orders shipped, with a quarter of orders placed outside normal office hours, and more than 10% over a weekend. “The reaction from the trade to the new range has been fantastic and we feel like we have great momentum heading into what we all hope is a drier next few months,” said Motocaddy UK & Ireland Sales Director, Steve Morris. “The B2B site has been a game-changer. Those registered have access to in-depth product information, live stock availability and the ability to order whenever is convenient to them. The number of positive conversations we’ve had with stockists has blown us away, and it’s definitely had a really positive effect on orders,” he added.
