MPSL Planning and Design

I would like to introduce myself as the newest member of MPSL. My name is Jasmine Higson, I'm 18 years old, and I'm incredibly excited to begin this new chapter of my career. I officially started my role as an Office Administrator on January 2nd - just after I shook off the holiday haze! I'm thrilled to dive into this new adventure and learn all the ins and outs of office operations. But it doesn't stop there - I'm also stepping into business development and can't wait to build connections, nurture relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. Before this, I worked as a barista while completing my A-levels, and that experience taught me so much about multitasking, connecting with people, and keeping things running smoothly. Now, I'm ready to tale that passion for customer service and apply it in a whole new way - helping clients, building relationships, and making a real impact! The journey so far has been a whirlwind, but I'm beyond excited for what lies ahead. Here's to fresh starts, new opportunities, and plenty of learning and growth along the way!

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our esteemed Chairman, David Golden Snr, on December 23rd, 2024. David was not only a visionary leader, but also a loving father and grandfather. His loss is deeply felt by his family, friends, colleagues, and all those who knew him.   As a driving force behind the initial growth of MPSL, David instilled the importance of building a company rooted in integrity, excellence, and innovation. His leadership, mentorship & wisdom set the foundation for everything we do today. Under his guidance, the company grew from a humble start-up to a respected industry leader, and his legacy continues to shape the firm’s culture and direction. While we mourn the loss of a remarkable man, we also celebrate his incredible contributions to our company and the lasting impact he has had on all of us. We remain committed to carrying forward his vision and values as we continue to grow and build on the foundation he established.   Our thoughts are with his family during this incredibly difficult time, and we extend our deepest condolences to all who had the privilege of knowing David. May he rest in peace.

We hope everyone had a wonderful and restful holiday season, filled with joy and time spent with loved ones. We are delighted to share that Alderley Homes are set to commence construction on the Northcote Road, Langho site in 2025.  This bespoke development will bring 8 new properties for the area and is the first of many developments for Alderley Homes.   It has been a fantastic opportunity to be a part of this initial development, and we look forward to seeing the site progress over the coming months. #NewHomes #Resisdential #Development #AlderleyHomes #MPSL

It is fantastic to see that construction at Flanshaw Way is nearing completion! This exciting project has brought 140 new homes to Wakefield, and we're proud to have been a part of it.   The development and will be offering mix-tenure properties across the site which will provide much-needed affordable housing options for the local community.   Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and dedication.
