With most employee engagement surveys settling for ‘satisfaction’ or aiming to be a ‘good’ place to work, isn’t it time we set the bar higher? Many companies pour their energy into making sure customers love their products, services, and experiences. But what about their employees? Shouldn’t we aim for people to love their jobs just as much? Research proves the value of creating superior employee experiences – a 2x increase in innovation and customer satisfaction and a 25% increase in profits (Source: MIT, 2017). It’s been an incredible journey, working alongside the Heidi team to disrupt the ski holiday industry with a bold, memorable campaign.
