Structured a RMB4bn project to drive water protection, pollution control, and waste management initiatives. Assisted CSI Solar on a RMB6bn IPO to expand renewable technology solutions. JunHe LLP also established the Green Special Fund for Carbon Neutrality, raising public finance for carbon sequestration and biodiversity initiatives, and achieved carbon neutrality certification for its internal operations. SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (Philippines): A leader in low-carbon energy, SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan played a pivotal role in: Advised MGen Renewable Energy on its PhP15.9bn investment in developing 3500 MW of solar energy and 4000 MWh of battery storage systems, one of the largest solar projects in Asia. Supported the Asian Development Bank and the Bank of the Philippine Islands with a PhP11bn sustainability-linked loan for renewable energy development. Beyond energy, SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan supports the Philippine Eagle Conservation Programme Foundation, helping to protect the endangered Philippine Eagle and its rainforest habitat.
