I don’t often get the chance to see the entire team in one room but earlier this week, we brought everyone together for a company off-site, and I couldn’t help but feel incredibly proud and excited for our future. The day was about: Reflection - celebrating everything we’ve achieved in 2024. Some highlights include: - Getting past the £1 million in ARR inside 20 months. - Delivering more than 3,000 1:1 coaching sessions with an average feedback score of 9.45/10. - Creating almost 600 outbound meetings. -Delighting our customers and helping those we’re coaching to fulfil their potential and become better, more successful sales people. That is our mission. No achievement was bigger than John Richardson though, it was a year to the day that he was diagnosed with Leukaemia. In the year since he has won that battle - and has released a podcast ‘bad blood’ documenting his experience - on Spotify now! The day was also about vision - as we laid out our plans for 2025 and beyond. My god, we’ve got some exciting stuff coming! It was also about collaboration - sharing ideas, tackling challenges, and finding solutions as a team. But most of all, the day was about the people that make MySalesCoach Looking around the room, I felt humbled by the talent, energy, and passion this team brings to work and towards our mission every single day. What started two years ago with Kevin, John, and me has grown into something incredible and we’re just getting started, I can feel it. I love this team. I love MySalesCoach. I love that we’re helping people become better at sales. Here's to an even bigger 2025!
