Last Monday night we celebrated being finalists in two categories of the prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards! We are so proud to have been recognised for: ✨ Learning Manager of the Year, Sam Warner. ✨ Best Contact Centre Culture (Small). Joining over 1,200 people from contact centres all over the UK at the Old Billingsgate in London to recognise finalists and winners in the 34 award categories was a real honour. Will Herbertson, Gemma Bridge, Andrea Ashton, Samantha Warner Assoc CIPD, and Shelby Fuller attended the event together to represent the company and soak up the atmosphere of joy, support and encouragement. Although we came home without any trophies this year, to become finalists in two big categories is a real achievement, especially when up against such strong competition. A massive thank you to all who were involved in the nomination process, and to all who make our culture award-nomination worthy 👏
