Natoora is committed to revolutionising the supply of fruit & vegetables in order to shape the future of food for the better. We work with over 2,000 of the world’s most influential chefs in London, Paris, New York, Miami, Copenhagen, Malmö & Melbourne, as well as engaging directly with home cooks in order to change the way people think about and consume fruit & vegetables. Our goal is to create a more meaningful and responsible food system that preserves seed varieties, growing techniques and flavours that are threatened by modern industrial farming and supermarket culture. Find Natoora produce in restaurants. Plus, in our stores and on our home delivery app in New York and the UK.

We have a cover - and a cool one at that! As publishing day approaches, two decades of my life dedicated to fulfilling a vision for a better food system gain a renewed perspective. As the day comes closer, as I’m asked if I’ll write another book, I feel an invigorated energy. As I said at our latest company meeting a few days ago : “Look at how far we’ve come over the last twenty years, and then imagine what we’re capable of accomplishing, the impact we can have, over the next twenty.” This book is a manifesto of hope. A message, for those that can, to choose flavour. It is a message we need to spread far and wide. Thank you to @chelseagreenbooks for believing my thoughts, ideas and experience were worthy of being published at such a critical time for our planet. I’m crazy excited to see it out into the world and let it add to the positive impact in any way it can. Thank you @tim.spector for writing the foreword - it is a privilege to have your support. From gut health to flavour and the health of our planet, we can trace a clear and important path. You can preorder the book now on Amazon US and UK. Doing so is a strong sign of support for the future we need. Amazon US: https://lnkd.in/ev2SS4ah Amazon UK: https://lnkd.in/egUxBUsF
We popped up outside GAIL's Bakery in Blackheath for a Delica Pumpkin Fundraiser. A huge thanks to the GAIL's team, to everyone who dropped by to try the soup or take home a pumpkin, and especially to Oscar, who donated 300 pumpkins to the cause. We started the Farm Fund to support young farmers to begin their journey into agroecological growing. Applications close on February 2nd — find out more and apply before the deadline here: https://lnkd.in/e7yeDKzw Plus, find Delica Pumpkin & Farro Soup rotating on every GAIL's menu until March, when Oscar’s pumpkin season ends.
Last weekend we hosted our friends Natoora at our Blackheath bakery to sell Delica pumpkins in support of Farm Fund. They raised just under £1000 to support younger growers using agroecological methods. They offer vital alternatives to the intensive farming systems that are depleting our ecosystems and human health. The pumpkins were kindly donated by Italian grower Oscar, who has supplied his flavourful produce to Natoora for a decade.
