Great leadership isn’t just about technical expertise—it’s about problem-solving, communication, and coaching. That’s exactly what this learner took away from our Evolve Future Tech Leader program. Neil had already completed data engineering training with Neueda, so when Evolve was offered, it felt like too good an opportunity to turn down. With the encouragement of his supportive local manager at Allstate Northern Ireland, he joined the program to further develop his tech and leadership skills. 🚀

Last week, our Business Development team stepped away from our usual routines for an engaging and insightful offsite, hosted by our wonderful Associate Instructor, Denise Ni Cheallaigh. Before the session, we each completed an Insights Discovery questionnaire, a powerful tool that brings psychology to life in a practical way. By exploring four colour energies, we gained a deeper understanding of our own preferences, strengths, and challenges—and, just as importantly, those of our colleagues. Seeing who identified with each colour sparked great conversations about how we work together and how we can leverage our diverse styles to be even more effective as a team. 🎨 In the afternoon, Denise guided us through a Team Effectiveness exercise, helping us put these insights into action in a hands-on way. The day wrapped up with a fantastic meal at Coppi, where we had the chance to unwind and enjoy great food together. A big thank you to Denise and everyone who took part—we’re looking forward to putting what we learned into practice! 🚀
