NEURO8 set a 10 year vision of the future with a global defence contractor in 2017. With our joint experience of change in the corporate, sports and defence sectors respectively we believed that the warfighter could fly a drone by thought alone. A little ambitious in a world before AI but we could already see the vision and so our journey began. 7 years into that ten year vision we successfully demonstrated that the warfighter could indeed 'fly a drone by thought alone' during a trial for USDOD achieving TRL 6. So how do we know that the mind can master the body? How do we know that you can elevate your performance by thought alone? How do we know that you can not only fly a drone by thought alone but you can do it better with our training? Well, we know because we measured it. We have quantitative and qualitative data that shows when you work with a group of people who have a clear vision and they understand the chain of command from within then they can directly improve their performance. NEURO8's founder shared a great day at Tiger Helicopters with Alan Ramsden and Richard Morgan from HCR Law. Aviation has been a passion of hers for many years. Having worked in the Aerospace industry and Defence we have trained thousands of people and organisations so it was enlightening to see helicopter training come to life at Shobdan Airfield in Herefordshire. Where pilots learn behavioural and cognitive skills before taking to the skies with a higher than normal ratio of success. When you focus on your people before your technology then you will see a greater level of success. When you are able to harness the power of their mind you will enhance the power of their performance so they fly as one coherent body and machine.
