New Generation Virtual Assistant

Wow... 2025! Happy New Year! Is anyone else wondering where the time went? I'm sitting here with my morning coffee, wrapped in a cosy blanket (because let's face it, these dark winter mornings aren't my favourite!), reflecting on what an incredible journey 2024 has been. Even with a Christmas bug trying to dampen my spirits, I got to create precious memories with my son and family, including some magical moments at Cinderella and the Snow Queen. But here's what really makes me smile when I look back... I became a qualified bookkeeper! And because apparently I love a challenge (or maybe I'm just a little crazy 😉), I thought "why stop there?" So I jumped straight into my Level 4 AAT Accountancy. Before Christmas I completed my 1st module exam; financial statements - fingers crossed for those results in January! You might have noticed I've been a bit quiet lately. Well, now you know why! Between studying, working with my amazing clients (who honestly inspire me every day), and collaborating with the talented Lisa Rees and her amazing assistant Sara, on my soon-to-launch website... let's just say sleep has been optional! 😉 Want to know what's planned for 2025? I'm challenging myself to hit 15,000 steps daily (those Christmas chocolates aren't going to walk themselves off!) Launching a blog, and - the big one - completing my Level 4 AAT to become a qualified accountant. Oh, and I'm facing my flying fears to take my little one on his first aeroplane adventure. Wow, what a whirlwind the last couple of months have been. Here's what I have been up to: 🌟 Had a lovely holiday with my son in Pembrokeshire 🌟 Tried (well, watched) the high ropes in Penarth. Roped in my good friend Georgina Moorcroft to take my son while I snapped pictures. 🌟Received a bursary to study my AAT Level 4 Diploma in Accountancy at College. I just finished my first week, and OMG it is Tough. On a professional front 👩💼 I had the pleasure of appearing on the podcast  Women Talking Money with Gretchen Betts. My very first podcast. 👩💼My incredible client Grace Quantock just launched her new book "Living Well with Chronic Illness: Write your own roadmap to healing in tough times" She is so inspiring, and I’m honoured to work with her. Who's concentrating on growing your business? Who's ensuring that your invoices get out on time? Your immediate answer maybe 'you'. Technically that's correct.
