  • 🔋 A Battery For A Better World 🔋 Introducing our partnership with Noon Energy that we’re excited to share with the world. Through our collaboration with Noon, we crafted a design that is not just own-able but truly harmonious with any environment. Whether it is blending seamlessly into residential homes, making a statement by the docks, or nestling naturally into rolling hills, our design elevates Noon’s battery to new heights. By designing a product that nestles gently into its surroundings, we’ve designed a battery that not only powers the world but also lives in harmony with it. When considering every detail of how Noon Energy’s brand is expressed, we wanted it to reflect the natural processes behind their innovative battery technology — from leaf structures and the rise and fall of the sun, to the rhythmic waves of energy. And the best part? It all fits seamlessly into the compact form of a shipping container. Here’s to capturing the beauty of energy in its purest form.

  • 🚀 We’re excited to announce that we’ve gone live with the findings of our extensive research into airline customer behaviour! 🚀 By applying behavioural science theories, we’ve uncovered some interesting insights that can help airline brands establish repeat purchasing behaviours among their customers. 🛩 💼 Over the course of 400+ hours, we worked with hundreds of passengers from five major airlines who had flown in the past 12 months. Through this in-depth study, we uncovered the top spending drivers that will influence airline passengers in 2025 and beyond. ✨ Exciting News! ✨ Last week, we were thrilled to see the unveiling of our newly designed cabin interiors in partnership with Delta Air Lines and there’s been lots of great press coverage. Our approach was centred around customer behaviour, ensuring that every detail was crafted with the passenger experience in mind. 🛫✨ The new onboard design creates a space where Delta customers can truly feel at home during their travels. With breathable materials, memory-foam cushions on widebody jets and thoughtfully curated lighting, we’ve taken relaxation to new heights. The enhanced lighting programs are tailored to each phase of the flight, creating a calming and cohesive environment that helps customers feel grounded and better adjust to their time zone. 🕰 💺 Our founder, Luke Miles, perfectly sums it up: “This interior design marks the culmination of a five-year project, where we’ve collaborated closely with Delta Air Lines to redefine the in-flight experience. In a time when airlines must work harder than ever to differentiate themselves, passengers are looking for more than just a seat -they want to feel valued and experience something truly unique. We’ve designed this cabin interior with that in mind, focusing on reducing the physical and emotional impacts of flying, from minimising fatigue and jet lag to optimising how the crew moves throughout the cabin. It’s all about enhancing comfort and making air travel feel seamless and restorative - more in line with a high-class hotel than a mode of transportation.” A big thank you to Fast Company for their piece on the new design. "To survive and thrive, airlines must adopt a hospitality-first approach, where empathy and emotional comfort are reprioritised to mitigate the stresses of air travel. Just as we dine and sleep in a hotel, customers expect a similar level of care and comfort in the sky. We believe that airline interiors should complement the warmth and elegance of the domestic environment, offering a seamless transition into the end to end journey.” Luke Miles Founder of NewTerritory Which is why we are so pleased that our design for Delta Air Lines’ new cabin interiors are out in the world. Our new cabin interior designed in partnership with Delta Air Lines has been crafted with customer behaviour at the heart. Delta operates 4,000 daily flights to more than 280 destinations on six continents, and we cannot wait to see and experience our newly created cabin interiors!

Is AI a friend of foe to the design industry? Last Thursday at Science Museum Group we took to the stage to discuss how AI will help or hinder creativity, here are a few prompts...🤖 - AI isn't for free. By 2027 AI will require as much power as the Netherlands ⚡️ - AI is good at connecting the dots but not so good at generating new ones - so don't stop creating ✏️ - AI can enable those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds to gain access the creative industry 💪 - We must understand how to use responsibly as an ally not an enemy. And most importantly we still don't know if heavy botox will effect AI's ability to recognise your biometrics in airports...
