Applications for NFU Mutual's 2025 Centenary Award are now open ✅ Our Centenary Award is a postgraduate agricultural bursary scheme that covers up to 75% of course fees for selected students starting their studies in Autumn 2025. This opportunity is open to individuals who have achieved, or are predicted to achieve, a 2:1 or higher in agriculture or a related field. We recently interviewed a mentor and a mentee within NFU Mutual to hear how they're finding their experience learning and providing guidance within our Coaching and Mentoring Programme. In just three years, our Mentorship Programme has grown exceptionally - expanding from just 8 mentors across the business to over 250 and counting 📈 We had the pleasure of speaking with Debs Butler, the inspiring leader of coaching and mentoring at NFU Mutual. Debs’ has been a finalist for Mentor of the Year at the Women in Insurance Awards in both 2021 and 2024 - a testament to her unwavering dedication to our Coaching and Mentoring Programme.
