📆 Our final look back takes place in North East and Yorkshire region and includes visits to organisations taking part in our People Promise exemplar programme by Dr Ronke Akerele. 🌟 Key highlights included a visit to Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust to meet the remote patient care teams who have dedicated welfare advisers and health and wellbeing team leads to help compliment their support offers. At Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, Ronke and team boarded an old train carriage they have on site to hear about the work they've been doing to improve the environment for both patients and staff, as well as the progress they are making with supporting apprentices and encouraging the use of different listening channels to hear from and respond to their staff. 👏Thank you for all the fantastic work you are all doing as exemplars to improve the working lives of NHS colleagues: #NHS #Workforce #PeoplePromise

Samantha Allen CMgr CCMI shared the most useful lesson she's learned as a leader earlier this week at Health & Care Women Leaders Network #WomenLeaders2024 conference. She is supporting delivery of the NHS England programme which will provide managers and leaders with the standards and development opportunities to ensure people have the right skills, the right support and the right accountabilities to deliver change. https://lnkd.in/eb365gmr What's the most useful lesson you've learned as a leader?
