Ninchar Offshore is a specialist agency who provide personnel worldwide to the Oil & Gas and Renewable industries. They have a wide range of personnel to supply, primarily 3.4u Inspection, Project Engineers, ROV, Client Rep & Survey personnel. Incorporated in 2016, although the company is new, the 2 owners have nearly 40 years experience in offshore industry between them. There is knowledge and understanding of the industry requirements & Ninchar offers a comprehensive service. From sourcing the suitable personnel to booking travel to enable swift organisation of mobilisations and demobilisation, Ninchar is a reliable, experienced & friendly company who would be only too happy to assist 24/7. Clients who require any personnel for upcoming project please contact us & we can provide a full proposal for possible contracts. We are looking for local based (Norwich/Great Yarmouth) Marine & Mechanical Engineers for a renewable project starting soon. Marine Engineers to be willing to go offshore onto the windfarm if necessary. Must have 5 years work experience including site exposure. Urgent Requirement - Mechanical Design Engineer Undertake SolidWorks 3D modelling and CAD drawings. Experience with manufacturing offshore containers to DNV/ Lloyds/ CSC specifications. Produce/process mechanical calculations required for projects. Work to British (BS), European (EN) and other Standards, including specific customer specifications. Employ the principles of Design for Manufacture and value-added engineering throughout design undertakings where applicable. Provide relevant information and technical support throughout the design, engineering, build and commissioning phases to relevant stakeholders. Attend meetings and provide technical support to clients and suppliers. Assist with proposals. Permanent position onshore Great Yarmouth starting immediately.
