What an incredible three days at the MA for educational leadership residential- I am leaving feeling truly inspired. What an inspiring and insightful three days at the MA Residential for Educational Leadership! Over the last few days, I’ve had the privilege of learning from exceptional educational leaders who left a lasting impact: • Ben Riggott taught me the importance of humility and integrity in leadership. • Lorraine highlighted the power of kindness in leading and supporting others. • Siobhan McGrath emphasised bravery, communication, relationships and reciprocal trust, reminding us, “If not you, then who?” A recurring theme throughout was the centrality of relationships, integrity, authenticity, and communication in effective leadership. The opportunity to collaborate, share strategies, and learn with like-minded leaders has been truly invaluable. I leave this experience feeling inspired, encouraged, and ready to continue growing on my leadership journey. 🔵 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship and Master’s in Educational Leadership Residential - Day 1️⃣ What an inspiring and productive day for our Master’s in Senior Leadership Apprenticeship students at Kent’s Hill! 🌟 Our leaders from schools across the country came together for a residential focused on deepening their leadership skills and reflecting on how leadership theory translates into real-world impact. The day was packed with meaningful discussions, including an engaging session on Leadership in Action by Ben Riggott and a deep dive into assessment requirements to help shape their leadership journey. This programme is designed for current or aspiring middle and senior leaders who want to build their leadership potential through a blend of theory and practical application. Delivered in a flexible online or blended format (with two in-person residentials), the course offers students a chance to gain a MA in Educational Leadership while also working towards a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice.
