On Wednesday afternoon this week, Nivo had our 1 millionth customer come through our platform. That's over 1 Million people in the UK who have used our tech to get help from across of our 100+ financial services brands. We're so excitedly busy that we almost blinked and missed a neat milestone. Thanks Symeon Breen for spotting it! I remember when we were building our initial MVP 5+ years or so inside Barclays, and wandering across Albert Square in Manchester, wondering whether anyone would ever use it to send a message. Looking forward to celebrating this and lots of other achievements this year with the team over a Xmas drink and some mince pies.
