It's been a year since NCH&C proudly celebrated receiving two Carer Friendly Tick Awards from the Caring Together Charity—one for Employers and another for Health. These awards recognised the vital work we do to identify and support unpaid carers, as well as our commitment to ensuring staff with caring responsibilities are supported both inside and outside the workplace. Over the past year, we've continued to build on this achievement, strengthening the support mechanisms and initiatives that make a real difference for carers in our community and within our teams. This commitment remains central to who we are at NCH&C. On #CarersRightsDay we reflect on how far we've come—and look forward to doing even more in the years ahead.
