Solution: ✅ Fix any on-page SEO issues. ✅ Write lots of new content for SEO to rebuild organic traffic. ✅ Create a new compelling reason for people to leave contact details or enquire for more information. ✅ This will take the form of a "Guide to finding your perfect holiday home" alongside a "Request the up-to-date stock list" CTA that demonstrates some true scarcity as the plots and homes sell and change hands so quickly. ✅ With a 5-7 email sequence to follow that delivers value, builds trust and creates real human engagement. 💥 These are £40k - £100k+ products with high margins so a small increase in quality lead flow will have a huge impact. 💥 Initial target 👉 Tripple the number of new enquiries per week from 3 to 9+ and reverse the downward trend of visitor numbers.   • If sales are slow and your website is a major source of leads then think about this. Do you have a sales problem or do you have a lead flow problem? 🤔 Being good at sales as an individual or a team is useless if you don't have enough leads. Sorry, enough "high-quality leads!" ❌ If you're not attracting enough people you won't have the capacity to make enough sales. ❌ If you don't attract the right people, you won't be speaking to the relevant people to make enough sales. You need a real strategy to do both of these things ☝. That's not to say that you haven't had one that worked in the past. But if it's not working now, you need to reassess. Ask yourself... 👉 Has your website traffic decreased? 👉 Has the number of people leaving contact details or making inquiries decreased? 👉 Is your attraction method (lead magnet, contact form, reason to get in touch) compelling enough for people to part with their details? Just because something worked in the past, doesn't mean it will work now. Especially now when competition for attention is so high! So, is your problem leads or sales? 🤔
