About us
Numeritas is a London based financial modelling consultancy. We have enjoyed a decade of success in providing a complete suite of modelling, analytical, risk management and training services to global clients. We specialise in developing bespoke solutions to enable enhanced decision making through robust analysis and modelling. Our approach is holistic in that we provide our clients with a solution to their immediate needs, through delivering solutions, but we also enable capability development, and support their risk management needs. We understand completely how difficult it is to successfully build and deliver a professional level of modelling capability and we apply our extensive experience to develop bespoke solutions which might include a mix of consulting (actually delivering solutions), risk management solutions (varying levels of audit and review) and training. We focus on solving business issues, providing insight into events and activities which require insight informed decision making. Our highly experienced team understand these business issues and the questions which need to be asked and the tireless dedication required to deliver on our promise of clarity, precision and insight. Our Client service ethos and the speed of our internal decision making processes enable us to respond to client requirements without delay. Our flexibility and use of collaboration technologies means we are able to work to tight deadlines irrespective of how our clients are geographically located. Our pedigree speaks for itself, however we do not rely on this alone. We constantly challenge ourselves to innovate and improve our methodologies, tools and techniques and to keep our clients as the central focus of all we do; this is what distinguishes us from our competitors.

🚀 Planning for exit? Be proactive, not reactive. Earlier this year, Stephen Aldridge was joined by Paul Lines for an episode of our podcast The Forward Thinking CFO. During the discussion he shared some invaluable insights on preparing your business for a potential exit and how early preparation is key to maximising value. 🔑 Key Takeaways: ✔️ Start Early: Don't wait for a sudden opportunity. Prepare 12-18 months in advance, even if you're not actively planning an exit. This allows you to get your business in prime shape, with all key building blocks in place. ✔️ Focus on Core Areas: Ensure you have everything from contracts to financial data organised and easily accessible. The more prepared you are, the easier it is for potential buyers to assess your business quickly. ✔️ Data and Financials Matter: Your financial model and historical data need to be clear, consistent, and easy for buyers to understand. It's worth investing in professional support to ensure your financial model is user-friendly and accurate. ✔️ Tact and Flexibility: The deal-making environment is evolving. It's no longer about quick, frothy auctions; now, it’s about bilateral deals with partners you know and trust. 🔎 Whether you’re preparing for an exit now or in the future, laying the groundwork ahead of time gives you a competitive edge when the time comes. Tune into the full episode for more insights from Paul Lines on how to navigate this crucial phase of your business journey.
