Are your charge rates too good to be true 🧐 We have a problem in the UK Construction Industry. If you're procuring temporary labour directly or indirectly via a Subcontractor, let's start asking some questions about charge rates. These PAYE charge rates does not include: 👟 Training and Development 👷 PPE 🏥 Fit to work and Medicals 💼 Cost of financing The list goes on... Whilst there are some allowances for National Insurance, Pension deferrals etc, if you're presented with a charge rate that looks low, then ask some questions, as you could be bringing more risk (bogus self-employment) and putting the workers under undue human risk. nutral ® | Certified B Corp
