Thanks to a donation from Ogier, pupils in the States of Guernsey's primary schools have been enjoying healthy snacks at break time this term. The donation by our Guernsey CSR Committee was awarded to local charity, Les Cotils, which co-ordinates the Fruit for Schools programme as part of their broader Food for Families scheme. Each week 1,000 pieces of fruit are distributed to schools, ensuring that pupils who might not usually have fruit as part of their lunch boxes get a chance to enjoy these nutritious snacks. Les Cotils provide a variety of fruits to encourage children to try something new. Congratulations to Stephanie Button, Molly Ryan and Natália Jopling Tanser – the latest graduates from Ogier's tailored trainee solicitor programme in the Channel Islands. Stephanie, Molly and Natália have now joined the law firm's teams in Jersey and Guernsey as associates.
