Getting us in the mood for becoming leaner was top of the agenda at yesterday’s Mega Director's breakfast, thanks to the fantastic Ryan Tierney. His inspirational talk on creating a culture of continuous improvement and implementing lean practices was both thought-provoking and energising. Ryan even got us moving with some light exercises, which added a buzz to the day and set the tone perfectly!
