Happy Retirement, Mick! Celebrating a remarkable 22 years! 🎉 Yesterday marked Engineering Manager Mick Bye's last day with us at Omega PLC, as he heads off to enjoy a well-deserved retirement after an incredible 22 years! 🎉 Mick has been a significant part of our team, continually inspiring us with his dedication and expertise. From leading projects to mentoring colleagues, his contributions have truly shaped our company culture. He always found time to connect with everyone, and his support has made a world of difference. 🎉 Celebrating Chris Simpkins' Achievements! 🎉 A huge congratulations to Chris, who has been excelling both in his career and studies since joining Omega PLC. Starting in our Credit Control department, Chris has consistently shown dedication and drive, successfully completing his AAT Level 2 in his first year with us. He then went on to secure a promotion to Commercial Analyst in the Commercial Finance department while studying for his AAT Level 3—which he passed with flying colours, first time 👏 And if that wasn't enough, he's also balancing a semi-professional football career! ⚽ Commercial Accountant Megan Gardiner, shares: "Chris has done extremely well to pass AAT Level 3, and I'm sure he will continue to excel as he progresses onto AAT Level 4.
