I had a great time attending the Ometis Limited Higher Education Data Conference at the International Edinburgh Hotel last week. I learned about what Qlik can do and how it competes with other tools in data preparation and analysis. Especially impressed by its diagnostic and prescriptive analysis capabilities! It was also great to see how BI colleagues at other UK Higher Education institutions are using Qlik to improve their workflows, dashboards, and analysis. Thank you to Neil Thorne and the Ometis Limited team for organising, and all the speakers for giving their time and sharing their experiences with Qlik!
