The definition of in-field coaching is where there has been an observation of an HCP interaction during a field visit/ ride along with feedback and coaching, tailored to support your in role development. The findings of our One MSL global survey are in, and they contain some fascinating insights! We had responses from nearly 600 participants across 64 countries, with 62% of respondents in Field Medical roles. Medical leaders and managers provided equally valuable contributions. We will share the latest data through a series of webinars, starting with our 'Field Medical deep-dive' on Thursday 26th September at 4pm BST. We plan to run a session detailing the Medical Leader and Manager data later in October.
