Truecut are now using ONETRACE as our reporting system for Passive Fire Protection works. This is a software that breaks the paper chain, with no more lost paperwork allowing us to input accurate dimensions, photo evidence of works (before & after photos) and marked up drawings for each location. All of our operatives are fully trained and competent to use this system. We use the Onetrace reports to generate our O&M Manuals Our O&M Manuals include: Onetrace reports for the works carried out (PDF with photos and drawings) Certificate of conformity from our 3rd Party Accreditation IFC O&M Manual containing materials used and product data. Projects secured👷🏽♀️👷🏽🏗️ We are proud to announce that VariBlast Ltd has been carefully selected by 8build Ltd to carry out the mammoth intumescent repair and soffit coating package throughout 6More London Place over the next 3 months. With over 30,000 m2 of existing beams and ribbed deck soffit to be coated in Sherwin-Williams M71V2 brilliant white, we are also to document and record thousands of intumescent repairs, preventing the client from having to carry out full coating removal and reapplication of a new intumescent paint system. The adopted process has only been made viable due to well maintained O&M manuals 📚 issued and recorded by the property management team 👩🏼💻👨🏽💻 over the past 20 years.
