O-Sport Design Limited can offer design and manufacturing support for your composites and projects. Experts in composite tooling design, jigs and fixtures for composite and plastics manufacture. Our capabilities also include 3d scanning and reverse engineering from scan mesh to 3d surface modelling using Siemens NX. We pride ourselves in being able to provide a rapid and efficient service and deliver smart, cost effective composites solutions. We also have a wealth of composites manufacturing experience and we have in-house resource, setting up a composites production facility in Q3 2022, providing O Sport Design with the ability to support our own composite products, but also to offer our customers an end to end manufacturing service. In April 2024 we have expanded in to a purpose built Composites facility, with Clean room, trim and assembly shop, autoclave (1.2m diameter), kit cutting capabilities amongst other benefits of being in a dedicated facility.

Getting familiar with our SHINING 3D FreeScan Combo+ from Solid Print3D - UK & IE the past week on some interesting projects. Impressive auto alignment of two scans, direct to a water tight 3d model ready to 3d print. Yes this part is 3d printed direct from scan data with no manual edits! Plus a few other scan tasks we have already put the Freescan Combo+ into good use on!

Presenting, The GT ONE. Styling and aesthetically designed by California based designer Florian Flatau, the GT ONE features a full carbon fibre body which is powered by a 4.0-litre, 6-cylinder engine; available in both naturally aspirated and forced induction versions. The naturally aspirated engine option will produce in excess of 500 BHP, inspired by our high-revving 911K engine, while the forced induction offering will produce over 600 BHP. Tuthill also offers the clients a choice of transmissions; a 7-speed dual-clutch option, as fitted to the car on show at The Quail, or a manual equivalent. Additionally, the GT ONE is equipped with twin wishbone front and rear suspension, carbon ceramic brakes, and bespoke brake calipers, achieving a weight of 1,200 kg. Our little business is growing! With the support of Silverstone Composites we have moved in to their Stoke Bruerne composites factory. It's a big step up for us, a big commitment. But with the support of our customers and the team at Silverstone Composites we have been able to move forward with confidence but also with our eyes wide open, enabling us to offer more to our customers. But do not worry, we have increased our design team size too and we will continue to support our customers requiring design resource only, with the same level of service as we have always done so. We now have some incredible facilities and resources at our disposal and we cannot wait to maximize what we have now and see where our journey takes us.
