🔫 🐿 Debuting at last week’s Future Games Show, our Squirrel with a Gun launch trailer has clocked up millions of views in just a few days, and is going down a storm. This one was a lot of fun. Much kudos to Christopher Wiseman and Callum Walker for smashing this out of the park, and to our awesome clients at Maximum Entertainment for trusting that our dumb idea would land with their target audience. There’s some more equally ridiculous stuff yet to come too… It’s out on Steam and Epic on Thursday, so get on it! I’ll drop a couple of links in the comments :) #squirrelwithagun

'Video games' as a global industry is, in case you weren't aware, absolutely huge. And whilst Other Things is based in Leeds, UK, we trade our games-specialist creative marketing services with video games studios and publishers around the world. We're proud of what we've achieved in our almost six years in business, and I felt quite honoured to be asked by the Department for Business and Trade to join a panel at the Royal Armouries Museum last Wednesday at the ‘Made in Yorkshire, Sold to the World’ Exporter Roadshow. I joined Kath Darlington, Richard Sharp, and John Baines to talk about our experience of marketing Other Things into global territories. As you'll see from the pic, I'm the only one who stuck (just!) to the 30 word limit we were told for the personal bio in the program, so it looks like I have nothing to say... I hopefully made up for it by gobbing off on the panel 😁.
