About us
The Open University Psychological Society (OUPS) exists to support OU psychology students both academically and socially throughout their studies and also after they graduate. OUPS is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit, registered charity (Registered Charity No.: 282744). It was originally founded in 1974. At a national level we run a programme of events which include pre-module Springboard Weekends, mid-module Consolidation Weekends, Revision weekends, Methods Workshops and an Annual Conference. At a regional level we offer overview days, day conferences and social events.
