🧱 Exciting Project Announcement: East Molesey, Surrey 🧱 We are thrilled to share that Overbury Estates have been awarded the contract to act as Principal Contractor for a new residential development! Our team will be leading the Change of Use from a car sales site (Sui Generis) to residential (C3), where we will be creating two luxury semi-detached three-storey houses. The project will also include new access, associated parking, and beautifully landscaped surroundings, following the demolition of the existing buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the space, turning it into an elegant residential development that balances luxury and functionality. 👷♂️🚧 Site Visit Update at Pier Road! 🚧👷♂️ Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting our Pier Road development, which consists of a new build dwelling alongside significant alterations, extensions, and refurbishments to another property. The site is progressing nicely, with the project now up to roof level, and we’ve successfully completed many of the major 1st fix elements. It was a beautiful, sunny day with fantastic views from the scaffolding — a perfect opportunity to admire the progress. I’m proud to say the site is clean and tidy, with safety measures clearly at the forefront, and the quality of the work is nothing short of excellent.
