Reflecting on Parogon’s Achievements in 2024! As 2024 comes to an end, we’re taking a moment to look back on a year of significant milestones and progress at Parogon Group Expanding Our Portfolio. This year, we opened two new restaurants: The Orange Tree in Congleton and Willow in Telford. These openings represent our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Sharing Knowledge. Through our LinkedIn Takeover series, we heard from key team members: Simon Wright, Parogon’s first Finance Director, who shared insights into his role and journey. Jamie Smith, Group Executive Chef, who discussed our efforts in reducing food waste. Achieving B-Corp Certification. After a 13-month journey, we became a Certified B-Corp, with guidance from Map Room. This achievement underscores our dedication to sustainability, accountability, and a values-driven approach to business. Supporting Our Communities. Giving back has been at the core of our operations. We have been supporting Dougie Mac as our chosen charity since 2022 participating in some amazing fundraising for the year 2023 and 2024 raising almost £50,000! Celebrating Our Team. We concluded the year with the Parogon Awards Evening, recognising the hard work, commitment, and achievements of our incredible staff.
