  • Polyaspartic heals the floor! It’s only a small area but it still demonstrated the power of polyaspartic in this Manchester NHS hospital. The applicator removed a failing old coating, fast cure primed with a DPM primer and then applied a good high build top coat all in one day….. Handed back for use by 6pm! If you are fed up of slow curing systems then contact us for details on our polyaspartic products.

  • Bund-erful job! This chemical factory was badly in need of bund restoration and in particular the sumps which were so badly corroded that chemicals were able to escape into the ground. Our customer did a great job of preparing the substrate, using PUMA and thixo PUMA over the main bund and small sump, and relining the large sump with novolac epoxy mortar. The whole area was finished with novolac epoxy designed to resist the chemicals In spite of adverse British weather the finished job looks amazing I’m sure you agree Contact us for details of our bund coating systems!

Well Linkedinmates. Yesterday i saw a number of these on a car park built in 2005 and no one on site had any idea what they were (nor did any of my esteemed contacts in the car park industry - so far!) Could be 1) lightning conductor (we think so!) 2) secret government listening devices 3) some kind of water trap 4) small flying saucers that landed in the asphalt and were trapped forever Does anyone know for sure? Answers on a postcard. Chris

  • PCP Europe Ltd are holding a training day 8th August 10AM - Polyaspartic Decorative Flake/Quartz 1PM - PUMA/MMA Liquid roofing Polyaspartic – we have a fantastic zero odour alternative to MMA for indoor use where the odour can be problematic. The system is a base layer, quartz or flake scatter followed by our clear polyaspartic sealer – system also includes a fast cure epoxy DPM for damp substrates. Roofing – for outside work in our fantastic British weather PUMA is the best. We will be demonstrating the system to show how fast it is with discussions about core testing, substrates and more. We are almost full already, so places are limited. Please contact us directly for more information

  • You know what its like. One day you have a job for damp concrete and you only have concrete primer. Or you have damp primer but have some metal to coat. Or even have metal primer in stock but then you have a job on concrete! Try New EleDeck MMA Universal Primer - works on concrete, damp concrete/screeds, metal (lightly abraded) and many other substrates. Contact for details.

  • Next level waterproofing! This 500m2 car park in Yorkshire was leaking terribly, with masses of water soaking through every time it rained. The car park is part of an old mill that has concrete beams with screed and then tarmac. It was originally covered when first built but the roof was removed long ago so had no integral waterpoofing during construction. The storage space below suffered from many leaks which created large pools of water on the floor below. Look at the pictures; see how waterproof the system is, you can see the water beading and pooling on the surface - it has completely sealed the substrate and the leaks have stopped. This perfect system for tarmac is our EleDeck LEVEL polyurea base coat at 1mm with a seal coat of our fantastic MMA sealer. A non-slip aggregate was applied to the base layer to give non-slip in the wet. Contact us to help solve your problems!

  • PCPs biggest ever "small job"! It does not look very big in the photo, but our epoxy based ElePrufe Moisture Vapour Control System was used on more than 8800m2 of water soaked concrete. The system was applied to more than 270 chalets at Butlins, as part of the renovation works following a devastating flood. The MVCS system will protect the subsequent floor coverings from residual moisture trapped in the concrete, thereby minimising the risk of mould growth. The applicator did over 1000 rooms, it must have been daunting at the start..... 1 down 999 to go! Contact us for more details on this fantastic system.
