🌟 Back to the Office: Positive Change or Step Back? 🌟 We are hearing this a lot from our clients and candidates that a five-day-in office working week is back. It raises an important question: is this a positive shift or a step back? On one hand, being together in person helps with collaboration, culture, and those spontaneous moments that are hard to replicate virtually - i.e. office banter. On the other, many of us have embraced the flexibility and focus that remote work brought into our lives.
