We see first hand again and again how invigorating it is for staff to adopt these skills. We’ve been supporting GM PCNs to enhance their coaching skills…. so much positive work in #Manchester and many visionary ICSs like them., NHS staff crave a system that values personalised care. It’s such a win win. Patients realise the role they can take, staff rediscover work they love…..everyone does better…..and it saves time and money. We have just released new 'coaching approach to pain management' courses in Jan, Feb, March and April. The popularity and demand is growing all the time as people realise the value of supporting patients to self manage better.
