We recently welcomed students from Arnewood School to our New Milton development site, where we're transforming the former Advertiser & Times premises into affordable homes in partnership with New Forest District Council. As part of our community commitment, we gave BTEC Construction students the chance to tour the site and gain hands-on experience in the construction process. It was an exciting opportunity for the students to learn about everything from site setup to modern building techniques. The students left inspired and eager to explore careers in construction and architecture. With energy-efficient designs and sustainable features like EV charging points, this project is all about building homes for the future. Stay tuned for completion in Autumn 2025! 🏡

A month ago, the Penny Farthing Club Ltd and Pickwick Bicycle Club made history by setting 12 new Guinness World Records at Herne Hill Velodrome and Lee Valley VeloPark. This event brought together the largest gathering of penny farthing enthusiasts this century, featuring daring feats like one-legged pedalling and hands-free sprints. The grand finale? A thrilling 140-rider stack that showcased incredible teamwork! Danny Adams, Director of Pennyfarthing Homes, said: “We’re used to winning awards for our homes, but breaking Guinness World Records was a whole new adventure!” Special thanks to all of the participants for making this event unforgettable.
