On Saturday 14th September we celebrated 6 years since we first opened our doors and wow what an incredible day it was. As a business owner and if you’re in a similar position you will know how much goes into the day to day running, the long hours, the blood, sweat and actual tears. But also with that, we wouldn’t do it if we really didn’t have the drive and passion. So to hold an event to mark such a huge occasion and recieve the turn out we did was just mind blowing. I am extremely proud of what this little shop has achieved in the past year and I am so excited to go into peak season with the clearest focus and the biggest ambition. Here’s to the next year and the journey it’s going to take us on 🥂.

Last weeks re-merchandising… Following three deliveries it needed a refresh ready to move into summer. Focusing on vibrant faux blooms and textured ceramic in each colour theme around the store.

Adding to the customer experience… I’ve said it before and I will say it over and over again, it is always about the little things. Something that we consistently receive amazing feedback on in store. I will always keep pushing for that extra special touch. Emma Whitehouse - Dear Emily Designs did just that when creating our branded Peony Lane Interiors biscuits. How incredible do they look?! A mix of our logo and website along with a QR code to of course go directly to our website. We wanted something we could gift our customers when purchasing to say Thank You for choosing us in store and online. Love working with you Emma, Thank You 🩷

The same but different… Using a classic palette with exquisite pieces creates that timeless design for a console/sideboard in prime position.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending MAISON&OBJET and wow it did not disappoint. The inspiration is exquisite and it was wonderful to meet with existing suppliers we work with. I also found some truly beautiful new brands that I’m excited to introduce in store and to our design clients over the next few months. I have attached a few photos of some eye catching areas but the show is full of innovative design.
