At PE (Pozitive Energy), we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and continue to deliver competitive pricing, innovative solutions and high quality support for our customers. We have recently made the decision to concentrate exclusively on serving non-domestic customers; such as SMEs and larger businesses. To facilitate this transition, we have voluntarily requested a restriction on our electricity and gas supply licenses for the domestic market which was accepted on the 22nd January 2025 and was announced by Ofgem on 3rd February 2025. This proactive step ensures that we can now fully dedicate all our resources to supporting our non-domestic customers with their energy needs. If you are a non-domestic customer, this will not change or impact the service you currently receive from us. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer services team with any questions and they will be happy to respond.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems are among the largest energy consumers in retail spaces. Optimising your HVAC setup can lead to substantial energy savings while maintaining a comfortable environment for customers and staff. Here’s how: 1️⃣ Maintain Optimal Settings: Choose energy-efficient temperatures that balance comfort and savings. 2️⃣ Install Programmable Thermostats: Automatically adjust heating and cooling based on store schedules to prevent energy waste. 3️⃣ Regular Maintenance: Clean filters and inspect ducts to keep the system running efficiently. 4️⃣ Seal Doors & Windows: Minimise drafts to stabilise internal temperatures and reduce strain on your HVAC system. 💡 Bonus Tip: For stores with large windows, use sun-shading mechanisms during peak heat hours to reduce cooling needs. Proactive HVAC management, including seasonal adjustments and regular upkeep, is key to reducing energy waste and costs year-round. How do you optimise your store’s energy efficiency?
